If you have in-network coverage, you'll typically pay a copay for each session. This is a fixed amount set by your insurance plan — often between $20 and $50 — and is billed to you directly by me.
Financing & Insurance
Navigating insurance and payment for therapy shouldn't add to your stress. I'm in-network with several major insurance providers, which means your sessions may be covered with just a copay or after meeting your deductible.
In-Network Insurance
I'm in-network with the following insurance companies. If you have coverage through one of these providers, your sessions will typically involve a copay or, in some cases, a deductible that is billed to you directly.
UnitedHealth Group's behavioral health network
Oxford Health Plans
Aetna behavioral health coverage
BC/BS network plans
New York City Preferred Provider Exchange
How It Works
If you have in-network coverage, you'll typically pay a copay for each session. This is a fixed amount set by your insurance plan — often between $20 and $50 — and is billed to you directly by me.
Some insurance plans require you to meet a deductible before coverage begins. During that period, you'll pay the full session fee directly. Once your deductible is met, your copay or coinsurance rate will apply.
I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your behavioral health benefits before your first session. You can also bring your insurance information to our consultation, and we'll work through the details together.
Questions?
If you have questions about insurance, out-of-pocket costs, or whether your plan covers therapy, I'm happy to help. Getting started shouldn't feel complicated — reach out and we'll figure it out together.
If your insurance provider isn't listed above, I can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits.
