Common Questions
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions at my office in Union Square (80 Fifth Avenue, Suite 903A) and virtual sessions via a secure telehealth platform. Many clients find that a combination of both works well for their schedule.
I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your coverage.
Session fees vary depending on the type and length of session. I am happy to discuss fees during a free initial consultation. I believe that therapy should be accessible, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.
The length of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work over several months, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns. We will regularly check in about your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
